If I don't know which analysis to use or how to apply it to your data, I'll tell you immediately. (I can refer you to someone more knowledgeable than me; or, if you want, I can try to figure it out.)
Likewise, I'll never give you uncertain or potentially misleading advice on statistics that I am unsure of or cannot support with references to the literature.
Your privacy is paramount. Discretion and confidentiality will be maintained at all times, regarding the work itself, your contact info, our correspondence, and in my book-keeping records.
If I discover a mistake or error, I will fix it at no cost to you.
Finally, you pay only for the work that I do directly related to your project (in 20-min increments). For work that is also priced on a per-word basis, you only pay the lesser of the two.

I am not responsible for the final content of your scientific research project. In helping you at one or more stages in your use and reporting of the statistics applied to your data, any such editing and consultation (or language polishing) does not alter the intellectual property rights. You, as the author, retain copyright and ownership throughout the workflow process. Hence, you are always liable for the scientific outcome of the final work, whether published or not.
Part of the value of my services lies in getting 'fresh eyes' on your research project. Any concerns and glaring faults in the scientific basis of your work will be shown to you. But the meaning and merit of the work rests on your shoulders, as the author(s). Using my services should reduce the risk of premature and peer review rejection by journals on both statistical and language grounds, but this cannot be guaranteed because of other involved factors (data quality, study novelty, etc.)
